Shipping Policies

1. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product once it has left our hands. Please file reports with the shipping carrier (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

2. Orders are usually shipped within a day however some orders may take longer to ship depending on our availabilty of stock.

3. We are unable to ship any hazardous items such as oils, aresols and batteries.

Return Policies

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of sale.

2. All returns must be authorized by us prior to returning.

3. We do not warranty the products we sell, all waranty issues must be taken up with the manufacturer. If you need help in contacting the manufacturer we will be happy to assist you.

4. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee, but for mistakes made on our part the restock fee will be waved.
